A very near fine copy but for a small gift inscription on the front pastedown which is behind the flap. The dust jacket is the first issue and is a near fine example that has some minor wear to the edges and corners and a small closed tear to the bottom of the front panel and a quarter inch tear to the top of the back panel that has some very slight loss of paper. Signed by Algren on the front free endpaper. One of the nicest copies I have seen of this title which is very prone to wear. Item #101591. (read more)
