A powerful and dark collection of images that show a clear influence from the book's dedicatee-W. Eugene Smith. A close to near fine copy that has a faint musty smell with a small former owner's name on the front pastdown in a very good plus dust jacket that has some soiling and a small tear to the front panel and an inch and half long tear to the top of the back panel with some associated creasing. Signed by Heath on the title page. Printed in a small edition with much of the run being pulped after the publisher went out of business. A very presentable signed copy of this extraordinary book.
