While the book was released in 1969, the images are all from the 1950s and early 1960s and capture an innocence and grace that would soon be a memory in the turbulent later years of the decade. The influence of Ishimoto's years at The Institute of Design is unmistakable but he has his own voice that is beautifully expressed in this striking collection of black and white images. A clean and tight very near fine copy in black cloth boards and in an about fair example of the photo-illustrated slipcase that has splitting to the edges and the backstrip is missing.
