A posthumously released collection of black and white photographs by Nickel who dedicated his life to the photographing and preserving of the architectural wonders of Chicago and the works of Louis Sullivan. Nickel tragically died when part of the decaying Chicago Stock Exchange (a Sullivan and Adler project) collapsed on him in 1973.
