The first printing was done in an edition of 5,000 copies and it's easy to assume that the proof would have had a much smaller print run. A very near fine copy in blue printed wrappers with the number 3 written on the spine. Affixed to the verso of the front panel is a small color version of the dust jacket art. Uncommon.
