A tight close to near fine copy in green cloth binding with a small tear to the foredge of one page and a couple instances of offsetting to some of the internal pages from leaves that had been laid in. No dust jacket. Signed and generically inscribed on the front free endpaper: "with the compliments of the compiler Abby P. Churchill August, 1917." Scarce in this edition and especially signed.
