London: The Grey Walls Press, 1944. First edition. Hardcover. A collection of poems by Gardiner published by his own press which he founded in 1940. A very near fine copy in a very good plus dust jacket that has some darkening and some minor wear. Signed and warmly inscribed by Gardiner using his first name Charles to someone he was clearly very friendly with. Laid in signed Christmas card from Gardiner as well as a signed handwritten note. A very nice grouping.
