New York: Amphoto, 1961. First U.S. edition. Hardcover. One of the classic photography books of the 20th century with a preface by Lawrence Durrell and an introduction by Chapman Mortimer. Brandt's nudes are as powerful and beautiful now as they were fifty years ago. A tight close to near fine copy in an about very good dust jacket with some chipping and edge tears to the spine ends and some tanning to the edges. Still, a nice copy.
