Introduction by publisher Michael Torisian and with the text of his interview of Heath as well. A very fine as new copy. No dust jacket as issued. Although not called for this copy has been signed and dated by Heath in 2005. Heath was the subject of a 2016 major retrospective show organized by the Nelson-Atkins Museum that began at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
