Includes numerous illustrations, excerpts from interviews, chronology, all in the format of a pseudo scrapbook organized by Castleman. A clean very near fine copy in boards. No dust jacket as issued. Signed and nicely inscribed by Castleman to Douglas Druick who was the one time director of the The Art Institute of Chicago. Uncommon and especially signed. This is a heavy and oversized book and will require extra shipping.
