Features Raymond Carver's poem "Energy" along with 35 four color plates. A collection of images taken in abandoned houses and motel rooms often with anonymous women in some state of undress and seeming despair or ennui. A fine copy in boards and still in the original shrinkwrap. No dust jacket as issued. In a close to near fine clamshell box with some bumping to the top front corners. The book is signed by Hido. Also includes an original 11.25" x 14.5" black and white photograph which is in fine condition and housed in a fine gray hardcover folder. Print is signed by Hido and numbered 41 of 60 on the reverse side. A beautiful and haunting collection.
