Chicago, IL: Art Institute of Chicago, 1994. First edition and first printing. Softcover. 464 pages. Massive monograph done for an exhibition that started in Chicago and traveled to Amsterdam and London. Features text contributions by Douglas W. Druick, Gloria Groom, Fred Leeman, Kevin Sharp, Maryanne Stevens, Harriet K. Stratis, and Peter Kort Zegers. Includes 575 illustrations with 200 plates in color. An interesting copy with laid in letter from the The Art Institute of Chicago to an author who had written about Redon previously and was going to review this book. This copy has some of his notations to the front free endpaper and extensive notes to the rear endpapers. Otherwise a very good copy with some minor wear and some bumping to the top of the spine. An interesting copy of what remains one of the better books on Redon.
