Anthology of twenty three works that first appeared in the important and influential literary journal "Transition." Includes contributions by Kay Boyle, James Joyce, Franz Kafka, Kurt Schwitters, Gertrude Stein, and others. A very good plus copy with some minor wear to the corners, a few pages opened roughly along the fore edge and a small former owner signature to the front free endpaper in a very good dust jacket that has a number of small chips and tears. Still, a pleasing copy of a book that is uncommon and especially in dust jacket.
