An interesting collection of images of Beatrix Potter and her family, many of which were taken by her father Rupert Potter. Also includes a 12 page text booklet that features an introduction by Ivy Trent along with a checklist of the images, list of works consulted and index. A very near fine copy in green cloth boards with some very minute wear to the base of the spine and with text booklet in fine condition as well. No dust jacket as issued. A nicely printed book at the Stinehour Press that presents an often intimate look at the life of the author of the beloved Peter Rabbit series. This is a heavy and oversized book and will require extra shipping.
