Andy Warhol's Index Book.
New York: Random House, 1967. First edition. Hardcover. One of the best books of the pop-art era. A highly inventive book with all of the pop-ups and inserts present and in fine condition but the balloon is missing and there is some slight loss to where it was originally inserted. Many of the photographs in the book were taken by a young Stephen Shore. A tight near fine copy in boards with some slight bumping to the corners. A lovely copy of this fragile book.
