Features essays by Dennis Adrian and Russell Bowman and with "Rantings and Recollections" by artist Roger Brown. Features 159 illustrations of which 29 are in color and 15 photographs as well of works by: Roger Brown, James Falconer, Art Green, Phil Hanson, Gladys Nilsson, Jim Nutt, Ed Paschke, Christina Ramberg, Suellen Rocca, Barbara Rossi, H.C. Westermann, Karl Wirsum, Joseph Yoakum, and Ray Yoshida. A fine copy in gray cloth boards in a very good dust jacket with some edge tears, toning and other light wear. An important and early look at the Chicago art scene that helped create the Hairy Who and other influential artists. Much less common in the cloth version.
