Includes numerous black and white images. A clean and tight very near fine copy in cloth boards in a close to near fine dust jacket with some sunning to the front panel near the spine. Signed and inscribed by Bing on the half title page. A very nice copy as the recipient was a longtime bookseller at the book department of Marshall Fields in Chicago.
