Includes numerous black and white images. A very good copy in paper covered boards with a cloth spine with a former owner's blindstamp and ownership chop to the front free endpaper and in a near fine price clipped dust jacket. Signed and inscribed by Gallenkamp on the verso of the front free endpaper. Uncommon thus.
