Three volumes, "Tract Houses" and "The Prototype Works" are both first printings and "New Industrial Parks" is a later printing as issued. Text in English and German with an introduction by Adam D. Weinberg and essay by Sheryl Conkelton. Includes a total of 133 black and white images between the three books. All three books are in fine condition in a very near fine dust jackets and in a very near fine slipcase that has some slight rubbing. Signed by Baltz in each book and uncommon as such. Please note that this is a heavy and oversized set and will require extra shipping.
