Features text by Baldwin and black and white photographs by Avedon. An about very good copy with a former owner signature to the front pastedown, some staining to the base of the spine and to the front panel and in a very good slipcase with some soiling and stains and some other light wear. No dust jacket as issued. Internally a clean copy. Despite the flaws a solid copy of this increasingly uncommon book in acceptable condition.
