A fine copy in illustrated boards and in a custom cloth chemise and cloth slipcase. No dust jacket as issued. Signed and inscribed by Burke to bookseller and gallerist Glenn Horowitz and with a laid in signed postcard and additional signed sheet as well. A very nice copy as it was signed on the occasion of a show of Burke's photographs at Horowitz's bookstore/gallery in East Hampton in May of 2009. (Roth 258-259: Parr & Badger v2, 40-41).
