A massive catalog for traveling show that started in New York and went on to Houston, Cologne and Bilbao. Features essays by Trisha Brown, Ruth E. Fine, Billy Kluver with Julie Martin, Rosalind Krauss, Steve Paxton, Nancy Spector and Charles F. Stuckey. Includes hundreds of color and black and white illustrations, a chronology, list of previous exhibitions, list of performance history, an selected bibliography, and a checklist.. A near fine copy in black cloth boards with some vfery minor wear and in a near fine dust jacket with some scratches to the rear panel and some other minor wear and with a laid in letter to a couple of collectors who loaned a painting to the show. A very nice copy, with an interesting provenance, of what is still one of the best books on this important and highly influential American artist. Please note that this is a very heavy book and will require extra shipping.
