A classic collection of photographs that documented the demise of the buildings in and around the lower portion of Manhattan. Includes 75 duotones. A fine copy in black cloth boards and in a very near fine dust jacket with a very slight crimp to the base of the front panel near the spine and to the bottom of the rear panel. Signed by Lyon on the title page. A very nice copy of this book that is surprisingly uncommon signed.
