Includes numerous black and white images. A near fine copy in French style wrappers with the small former owner signature of photographer Barbara Crane to the title page and some other minor wear. Signed and inscribed by Berger to Crane on the title page in 1988. A nice association copy of a book that is somewhat uncommon signed.
